"Personal Data" means information that identifies you or can reasonably be used to identify you.

"Service" means CopyHub and related web and plugin products operated by Imajin Tech Pte Ltd.

"Integrations" means third-party services such as Figma that you connect to CopyHub.

"Content" means copy text, comments, metadata, review notes, files, and other information synced or uploaded through CopyHub.

"Service Providers" means vendors and partners that help us deliver the service, such as hosting, payments, analytics, and email providers.

Imajin Tech Pte Ltd ("CopyHub", "we", "us") is a Singapore private company that provides copy sync and review tools for Figma teams.

We collect account information you provide, such as your name, email address, workspace name, role, authentication details, and subscription choices.

We collect product content you choose to sync or upload, including Figma project metadata, text layers, comments, review activity, assignments, copy approvals, and copy library entries.

We also collect usage, device, log, billing, and support information to operate the service, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, and process subscriptions.

We may collect information you provide when you contact support, participate in surveys, or communicate with us.

We use information to deliver CopyHub features, including Figma copy sync, review workflows, task assignments, collaboration history, notifications, workspace administration, billing, and support.

We may use information to monitor service performance, detect abuse, prevent fraud, and improve reliability.

We may use contact information to send transactional messages about your account, invitations, approvals, comments, billing events, security alerts, and product updates.

We use aggregated or de-identified data to understand product performance, improve CopyHub, and measure adoption without identifying individual users.

We process your personal data based on the following lawful bases: (a) performance of a contract with you (account setup, service delivery, billing), (b) your consent (marketing communications, non-essential cookies), and (c) our legitimate interests (service improvement, fraud prevention, legal compliance).

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have balanced these against your interests and rights. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

If you withdraw consent or object to processing, this will not affect the legality of processing that occurred before your request.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect rights and safety, complete business transactions, or with your direction.

CopyHub relies on service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, payments, email delivery, analytics, monitoring, and integrations. These providers may process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations.

Payment card information is processed securely by Stripe, Inc., a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. Stripe processes payment data on our behalf in accordance with PCI DSS requirements. We do not store or have access to complete credit card details; this information is handled exclusively by Stripe.

When you connect Figma or another integration, information may be exchanged with that integration so CopyHub can perform the actions you request, such as syncing copy text, comments, and review status.

We may also share information with legal advisors, auditors, or regulators where required by law.

Service providers may be located outside Singapore, and we will require appropriate safeguards for any international transfers.

CopyHub may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure sessions, measure usage, and improve product reliability.

We may also use analytics tools to understand how the service is used and to improve our product.

Some technologies are essential for the service, while others are used for performance and user experience. Marketing cookies are used only when you consent. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain technologies may limit parts of the service or affect your experience.

CopyHub is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information to CopyHub, please contact us immediately at support@copyhub.live.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide CopyHub, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups and audit records.

In general, we retain personal data for the period you have an active account and for up to six years after account deletion to comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption, and monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so use strong credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to cause significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and authorities as soon as practicable, typically within 3 business days of discovery.

Data may be stored in Singapore and in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We seek to protect personal data consistently across locations.

If you are a Singapore resident, you may have rights under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), including the right to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent for personal data processed by CopyHub.

You can update your account and workspace settings, manage communication preferences, and request data export or deletion through the product or support channels where available.

You have the right to object to marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in the message or by contacting us.

Workspace owners and administrators may control workspace content and member access. If your account is managed by an organization, please contact that organization first for requests involving workspace data.

For Data Subject Access Requests, contact support@copyhub.live with your request. We will respond within 30 days in CSV or JSON format at no charge. For other PDPA requests (access, correction, deletion), we aim to respond within 30 days where practicable at no charge, unless the request is manifestly unfounded.

You may withdraw or modify cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings or by updating your preferences in the product if available.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Singapore. If we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we will do so in accordance with applicable law and our data protection standards.

Your primary personal data is stored in Singapore. Backup copies may be retained in other jurisdictions for disaster recovery and service continuity purposes.

We maintain a sub-processor list available upon request. Service providers are contractually bound to process data according to PDPA requirements.

Imajin Tech Pte Ltd is an exempt private company limited by shares, registered in Singapore with UEN 202038433D, and operates CopyHub from Singapore.
