Terms and Conditions

"CopyHub" means the services and products offered by Imajin Tech Pte Ltd, including the web application and Figma plugin.

"User" means anyone who registers for or uses CopyHub, including workspace members and guests.

"Workspace" means the team environment within CopyHub used to manage projects, members, and copy assets.

"Content" means text, comments, files, review notes, metadata, and other materials synced or uploaded through CopyHub.

"Service Providers" means third-party vendors and partners that support CopyHub, including hosting, payments, analytics, email, and integrations.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of CopyHub, including our website, web application, Figma plugin integration, collaboration tools, and related services.

Imajin Tech Pte Ltd is incorporated in Singapore and operates CopyHub in accordance with these terms. By creating an account, accessing CopyHub, or using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms and represent that you have authority to bind that organization where applicable.

Imajin Tech Pte Ltd is an exempt private company limited by shares, registered in Singapore with UEN 202038433D, and operates CopyHub from Singapore.

Our registered office is at 101 Kitchener Road #12-02 A Jalan Besar Plaza Singapore 208511.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account or workspace.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing members, permissions, billing settings, project access, and content shared within their workspace.

If you access CopyHub through the Figma plugin, you are responsible for the permissions granted to the plugin and for maintaining any connected Figma account access.

You may use CopyHub only in compliance with applicable laws, these terms, and any product documentation we provide.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security controls, disrupt infrastructure, access data without authorization, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

You must also comply with Figma’s terms when using CopyHub integrations that connect with Figma projects and files.

You retain ownership of the copy, comments, project data, files, and other content you submit to CopyHub. You grant CopyHub the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that content solely to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to sync, upload, review, edit, and share content through CopyHub and connected integrations.

You are also responsible for ensuring that content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

Paid plans, trials, renewals, taxes, cancellations, and payment failures are handled according to the plan details shown at purchase or in your billing settings.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscription fees are charged in advance and may renew automatically until canceled. Access to paid features may be limited if payment is overdue or a subscription ends.

Trial periods, refunds, and cancellations are subject to the terms displayed during purchase and our then-current billing policies. For annual plans, pro-rata refunds apply for unused time if cancelled within 30 days of purchase.

We are not required to provide refunds except as required by law or where otherwise stated in your purchase agreement.

CopyHub processes payments through Stripe, Inc., a certified PCI Service Provider. By using CopyHub's paid services, you agree to comply with Stripe's Connected Account Agreement (https://stripe.com/en-sg/legal/account) and Restricted Business Activities policy.

CopyHub does not store credit card information. All payment card data is processed securely by Stripe, Inc., and handled in accordance with PCI DSS requirements.

You agree to comply with Stripe's Acceptable Use Policy and any requirements imposed by Stripe or payment networks. Prohibited activities include (but are not limited to): gambling, adult content, illegal services, weapons sales, money transmission without proper licensing, and other activities defined in Stripe's Restricted Business Activities (https://stripe.com/legal/restricted-businesses).

Payment failures or non-compliance with payment network requirements may result in suspension of your paid services and account. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension, and your account may be permanently terminated. A chargeback fee will apply per Stripe's policy.

If you have questions about payment processing or need to update payment methods, contact support@copyhub.live. For payment disputes, you may contact Stripe directly or escalate through support. For other issues related to Stripe, please refer to Stripe's support resources.

CopyHub may connect with Figma, payment processors, email providers, hosting providers, and other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, but we may suspend or change an integration if needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or provider requirements.

CopyHub does not control third-party service availability, and the availability of integrated services such as Figma may affect how CopyHub functions.

We aim to maintain 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance may occur with 48 hours notice when possible. We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, security events, or factors outside our control.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated, continued use creates risk, or suspension is required by law or a third-party provider.

We will provide at least 30 days notice before any material price increases. Your continued use after the price increase takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

CopyHub provides support through support@copyhub.live and in-product support channels. We aim to respond to support inquiries within 24 business hours.

For urgent issues or critical bugs affecting service availability, please mark your request as urgent.

We may suspend or terminate your access to CopyHub for breach of these terms, non-payment, inactivity, or if we believe continued access creates a risk to the service.

You may terminate your account by following the process in the product or by contacting support. Termination does not relieve you of obligations or fees incurred before termination.

Upon termination, we will delete your workspace and content within 30 days, unless retention is required by law, regulation, or legal proceedings. Your data will not be accessible after termination.

CopyHub and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property not expressly granted to you.

You may use CopyHub only as permitted by these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service except as expressly authorized.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CopyHub will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, to the extent permitted by law.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally, the courts of Singapore will be the appropriate venue for dispute resolution.

Before pursuing legal action, both parties should attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting support@copyhub.live.

CopyHub is not liable for failure to perform any obligation if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, third-party platform outages (such as Figma, Stripe, or cloud infrastructure providers), internet disruptions, or epidemics.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and resume service as soon as practicable. These events do not relieve you of payment obligations for services provided before the event.

CopyHub is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CopyHub and Imajin Tech Pte Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and CopyHub regarding use of the service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, negotiations, and agreements.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, will be severed. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No failure or delay by CopyHub in exercising any right or remedy will constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, nor will any single or partial exercise waive any other right or remedy.

You may not assign or transfer these terms or your rights under them without CopyHub's written consent. CopyHub may assign these terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

The following provisions will survive termination or expiration of these terms: Indemnification, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers and Limitations, Governing Law and Jurisdiction, Payment obligations for services rendered, and your content ownership obligations.

Upon termination, your rights to use CopyHub immediately cease, but your indemnification and payment obligations continue.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CopyHub and Imajin Tech Pte Ltd, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of CopyHub, your content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law.

This obligation applies whether the claim is brought by a third party or by us, and survives termination of your account.

CopyHub completes annual PCI DSS compliance assessments to maintain payment security standards required by Stripe and payment networks.

You agree to comply with all applicable export and sanctions laws. You will not use CopyHub if you are located in or a resident of any embargoed country or if you are listed on any government sanctions list.

CopyHub may send notices to you via email at your registered account address or through the product interface.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the product, by email, or by updating the date on this page.

Your continued use of CopyHub after a material update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
